Datum | Optional | ۱ تا ۱۲۶ جفت نام فیلد و نام آیتم که داده موردنظر را توصیف می‌کنند. جفت‌ها می‌توانند به هر ترتیبی باشند. نام فیلد و نام آیتم‌ها به جز تاریخ و عدد باید داخل گیومه باشند. مثال: =GETPIVOTDATA("Sales", A3, "Month", "Mar"). در اینجا "Month" فیلد و "Mar" آیتم است. برای چند آیتم یک فیلد، آن‌ها را داخل آکولاد قرار دهید مانند {"Mar", "Apr"}. برای جدول‌های محوری OLAP، آیتم‌ها می‌توانند نام منبع بُعد و نام منبع آیتم را هم شامل شوند. |

Returns the grand total of the Sales field.
Beispiel 2
=GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of Sales", $A$3)
Ergebnis:
Also returns the grand total of the Sales field. The field name can be entered exactly as it looks on the sheet, or as its root (without "Sum of", "Count of", and so on).

Ergebnis:
Returns the total sales for March.
مجموع فروش محصول Produce در ماه مارس برای Buchanan

Ergebnis:
Returns the total produce sales in March for Buchanan.
خطای #REF! چون داده منطقه South به دلیل فیلتر قابل مشاهده نیست

Ergebnis:
Returns a #REF! error because the South region data isn't visible due to the filter.
خطای #REF! چون داده مجموع فروش نوشیدنی برای Davolio وجود ندارد
=GETPIVOTDATA("Sales", $A$3, "Product", "Beverages", "Sales Person", "Davolio")
Ergebnis:
Returns a #REF! error because there is no total beverage sales data for Davolio.
